Today you’ll be practicing laybacks again but this time from up on the pole. Remember you don’t have to climb high, just far enough that you can layback without the floor being in the way. If you do not have a ball it’s ok click here to learn how to choose a different warm up.

Pro tip: It’s not cheating to use grip aid or sticky leggings. All sports have items or products that enhance the safety of their activity. Using sticky leggings or grip products to increase or improve your tackiness or to reduce sweat should never be thought of as cheating. It’s simply about creating an optimal situation for the most grip possible. Your grip is top priority. It’s more important than looking good or like everyone else, or flexing that you can go without. No one should tell you what’s right or wrong when it comes to creating optimal grip to accommodate your climate, skin and pole finish.
