Today is a rest day! Are you still feeling really dizzy? If so, I suggest recording yourself so you can see if you’re moving slowly in and out of moves or too quickly. I’m happy to take a look at the video if you’d like reassurance. Remember, on spinning pole, moving slowly is best for control.
Pro tip: Watching your movements back is a really helpful tool. We all have phones or some kind of device to record ourselves with, so even if you don’t like mirrors, do your best to watch yourself after pole sessions.
