I’ve really come to enjoy how relaxing the Flowmotion stretches are. And after how sad today has been with everything going on, it was a nice way to forget for a moment and focus on my body. Thanks, Veena 🙂

I always enjoy the flowmotion routine and my body always needs it. I did the barrel roll but skipped the reverse barrel roll…to much movement and I am trying to rest LOL

Day 2 complete loved the flow motion routine, barrel roll is ok but doing reverse grip slow is hard I can do the reverse grip spin but doing it half with feet on floor oh my 🤣😊🤣
Nice! Add heels while doing a barrel roll and then it’s even crazier!

It takes a bit of a different approach to accommodate the heel. I use to have a quick demo on my IG for this but it was on my old account (before I was hacked) so I need to re-upload!
