Today is a rest day and if you’d like to use the pole massage routine enjoy. I’ve also included my RANT about ways a person might be sabotaging their own pole progress. Feel free to take notes while watching.
Pro tip: If you identify with the thoughts of never being good enough or you often come to your pole sessions with an attitude of “I can’t”, “I’ll never” or “it always hurts” this is a great listen for anyone struggling with this common thought process. Spoiler, you’re not alone, and I’ve personally been in this headspace.
