Today is quick and easy. You’ll be working on strengthening the scapula, which allows for more control of your shoulders and arms in a superior manner compared to untrained individuals.
Pro tip: If you need to place a towel between your torso and elbow to prevent your arm from moving incorrectly, do it. It’s not cheating to use props—it’s actually very wise because it means you’re honoring your body.
