Today you’ll start with the Ball core workout, move on to shoulder conditioning and finish with Shoulder mount practice!

Pro tip: I’ve listed the Tuck version first but if you’re able to do a Shoulder mount straddle feel free to use the straddle for both REPS.

  1. Day 25 completed. Didn’t have a yoga ball so used my yoga chair and made do. Shoulder mounts are kind of iffy today – but I’m not going to beat myself up – lol …. practice makes perfect. On to day 26 soon ! Thank you Veena ! Blessings !
