Today you’ll train upper body and flexibility.
I haven’t included the links for today as I’m assuming you’re now familiar with all of the related videos. Let me know if you feel you’d like the links; I can always add them.
Perform 2 sets of 15 reps for all exercises, then move on to the Middle splits routine. No warm-up is needed today.
