Today you’ll be working on getting up and down using your pole and at the end you’ll follow along with the flow drill. Wearing heels is totally optional. If you’re not wearing heels, I do suggest using socks or ballet slippers so your feet will slide with ease! You will not need socks for the drill at the end.
