Fireman SPIN Tutorial

This is a true classic pole trick, big thanks to all the strippers who brought this spin to the masses!

In the fireman spin you’ll be lifting both feet off the floor making this one of the more advanced beginner moves. You have the option to learn both static pole and spinning pole, we’ll always start by learning the static version of any spin first and spinning pole is always optional. I’ll never require someone learns both static and spin, it’s a personal choice.

Fun fact: Did you know that doing any spin on spinning pole is really just a hold? There’s a bit more timing involved in learning static spins, which is why I like to introduce static first. It can be frustrating to a new dancer to learn on spinning pole and then try static spins. It’s your pole journey though, so you get to choose if you want to learn both or just one. Either is ok.
