today I want you to keep in mind that the scapula drills are more for learning all the ways your scapula move. There’s no need to count reps every time, unless it helps you. When doing the wrist strength and mobility drill make sure you’re hands and wrists are warm. Use the Easy beginner warm up if needed.

Responses

  1. Done! I really love and appreciate these wrist strength and mobility drills because you know I get those sore wrists sometimes from violin! And even in general, I just feel like my left wrist in particular is so weak! I notice this when I do yoga, too…..How is guitar going by the way??! 😄

  2. I have wimpy wrists too, always have. Guitar is good! Can’t feel my left finger tips still, not sure that ever goes away, if not it’s worth it lol

  3. Haha! Maybe you’re developing the calluses that musicians get from pressing down in the strings! 👀 I’ll probably be in the same boat with my fingers 🤷🏽‍♀️
