Duration: 00:15:19
Today is an active rest day and you’ll be working on body waving along with some scapula training.
Pro tip: Our minds are incredibly powerful so much so that our thoughts can propel us forward or hold us back. Journaling daily can be a wonderful way to explore thoughts and help one understand patterns that might be helping or preventing a person from achieving their goals.

Holy smokes, it’s been a whirlwind. My husband lost his Mom on the 11th and then my daughter and I got covid. Please keep us in prayer. Looking forward to resuming some sense of normalcy once I’m feeling better and as we enter this new chapter of our lives. 💜 ðŸ™ðŸ¾
omg I was wondering if everything was ok. Sending positive vibes!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you need anything.

I’m back today, Veena! Feeling really good to get back to my old schedule. The body waves are really a workout for my abs!!! Haha! And the floor body waves still feel a bit awkward. I think I would benefit from having a mirror in front of me so that I could actually see what I’m doing and how it looks. And the scapula drills really burn after a while! All in all, I was able to practice yoga, at least, daily so I’m very happy, grateful and proud of that service to my body still during this crazy time. Again, happy to be back! 💜
Welcome back!!!!!!!!💜
the floor body waves are so hard
They are definitely a challenge, Lisa!
WOW!!! The floor body waves are more difficult than what I was expecting.
They sure can be, working in them will also help with standing body waves too!
