It can take months to actually reach the wall with your foot when learning how to handstand. It all depends on your strength, fear level, and natural ability. Hand and wrist strength routine

Wall handstand Just work on your hand position and keeping your elbows straight.

Overhead stretch Do this slowly 3 times

Forearm flexor stretch Hold this for 30 seconds

Forearm extensor stretch Hold this for 30 seconds
