Today is a full rest day! I’m sharing my tips for shoulder mounts video so you’ll have an opportunity to take notes preparing for tomorrow!
Pro tip: Remember you can use the “my notes” feature to keep track of your sets and reps if you don’t complete them with the videos. You’re working to build strength which means your resistance should be difficult enough so the last few reps are very challenging. If it’s easy, increase the resistance.
