30 Day Spinning Pole: Day 19

Today you’ll work on leg hangs! Please make sure your legs are nice and tacky before you work on these tricks. I’ve included the spinning pole tutorials for each trick, I recommend just watching and saving your spin time for the REPS as you’ll be working on spinning forward and backward.
Pro tip: It’s not cheating to use sticky legging, a pole wrap, or grip aid to increase your grip. A secure grip should never be sacrificed for anyone or any reason. It’s perfectly acceptable for other sports to use enhancing tools to improve skill and safety so why shouldn’t we?
