In this tutorial I’ll show you a few options for entering into Chopper. The Deadlift is the most advanced and working on this is important if you’d like to learn Aerial inverts in the future. Remember, the chopper (deadlifting) isn’t the most efficient way to invert, it’s one of the more tiresome inverts and it’s an advanced, intermediate move.
