Advanced Level 2: Day 15
Today is the start of week 3, where you’ll focus on:
- Reverse Ayesha
- Extended Butterfly
- Caterpillar Climb
- Aerial Inverts
- Handstands
- Core
- Shoulders
- Middle Splits
Today I’ve included two different handstand tutorials: one focusing on using the pole and the other using the wall. I suggest watching both before you begin the warm-up and deciding which handstand tutorial will work best for you.
Give whichever handstand you choose 5 tries. Then work on your Caterpillar climb 2 tries and only do both sides if you feel secure. Then work on your Aerial Invert 2 tries on both sides. Finish with the stretches for the forearms.
