Intermediate Level 3: Day 1
Duration: 00:47:06
Today you’ll target flexibility-related moves and work on a few spin combos. I’d love to hear how your training goes!
Pro tip: The Ballerina and Twisted Ballerina are challenging because they require flexibility. If you’re not naturally bendy, don’t be hard on yourself—this trick will take some time. I’m here to help you increase your flexibility throughout this program, and if you need more help, just ask. I’m happy to help.
Use the toggle above the video player to work with the spinning pole version of these lessons. However, everyone will be working on the static ballerina for this lesson.
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each full-length tutorial you worked on in today’s session. Remember you only need to click on these if you’d like more help or information.
Not a great session for me today but the flexy warm up was exactly what I needed 😌.
Day 1 of intermediate level 3
Ballerina was hard so I’m going to have a go at the related lesson, whether I’m not flexible enough or I’m to chunky or it’s cause it hurts (mind over matter ) I don’t know but the rest of the lesson was great , I didn’t give twisted ballerina a try until I get the first one xx 💕
Yeah, a lot of factors go into how comfortable a ballerina is I would give the twisted one to try because it is a lot different than the regular ballerina depending on where your range of motion is, I can feel easier. If you do want to specifically train for ballerina, there is a VIP plan for ballerina.
Ahh ok I’ll take a look in the VIP , I kinda give twisted ago from floor but couldn’t get my inside arm around the back , but I’ll keep trying xx ❤️
