Day 1. Who’s ready for Intermediate level 3? Feel free to day hello in the comments if you’d like to interact with me throughout this program.

Today you’ll begin with the Flexy warm up because you’ll be practicing Ballerina’s before working on static spin combos. If you don’t have a static pole you can still do these spin, just remember to take it slow, control your momentum.

Ballerina 3 tries each side

Twisted ballerina 3 tries each side

Intermediate 1 2 tries each side

Intermediate 2 2 tries each side

Intermediate 3 2 tries each side

Reverse shoulder stretch 2 times, each side.

Lunge 2 times, each side.

Forearm flexor stretch Hold for 30 seconds

    Ballerina was hard so I’m going to have a go at the related lesson, whether I’m not flexible enough or I’m to chunky or it’s cause it hurts (mind over matter ) I don’t know but the rest of the lesson was great , I didn’t give twisted ballerina a try until I get the first one xx 💕

    1. Yeah, a lot of factors go into how comfortable a ballerina is I would give the twisted one to try because it is a lot different than the regular ballerina depending on where your range of motion is, I can feel easier. If you do want to specifically train for ballerina, there is a VIP plan for ballerina.
