COMBO – INTERMEDIATE This combo is done on static pole. You’ll need a Back hook spin, Invert, Side v Superman and Inverted thigh hold.

  2. I gave myself a 30-days challenge for this combo to look nice and clean. It will also be my introduction to practicing an aerial V-invert! Day 1 and 2 showed that I really need to increase my momentum from the back hook and also sweeping the leg to the side in gemini and getting up from there into side V has proved to be more difficult than I thought.Also, I have this common problem of not getting my legs completely straight around the knees during the invert process even though it feels like they are straight. Recording myself helped me see it. They get completely straight when the invert is complete though. Any tips from you Veena, for straight legs when lifting?   3. I thought I’d update you on my challenge on this combo. Thinking 30 days would be enough was vain haha XD More than two months have passed and I got it but I am still working on the momentum, the lines and the flow to make it look a little bit more like yours Veena πŸ™‚ It made me way stronger and I got my straight legs aerial V by practicing on this combo.
