Hi Veena, I’m a little lost… is there any number of series? Haha like three series of superman with 6 reps or its just 6 superman reps? tnx!! π¬
It’s only one “Set” you do not need to do multiple rounds/sets of each exercise, it would get ridiculously hard at the end. π
