Ok everyone here is the list of snacks….just post on this thread which ever item you would like to bring.
Looks like 11 give or take soooooo. We need
Large, Veggi tray
Large, Fruit tray
Meat and Cheese tray
Whole grain Crackers (triscuits, wheat thins, ect)
Large pack of bottled waters or a few gallons
Poweraid or Gatorade.
a sweet treat like cookies or brownies…homemade would be best.

While there are some great studios out there…its a sad fact that many pole studios are not teaching safe pole dancing!! I always get emails here with complaints and injuries do to their instructors poor understanding of body mechanics. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif Live classes are great, but for those who live too far away from studios, don’t have time, or need a reminder of how to perform a move when their can’t get to the studio for help, the online lessons are a great choice.
I have seen bits and pieces of the top recommended dvds and to be honest I’ll say they are….um… OK. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif One of them I purchased as a new dancer and it was soooo disappointing, they didn’t explain things, it was just video and the narrator saying place hands here now do it. LOL I finally had a chance to watch 3 of Jamillas advanced dvds a few weeks ago, and they are one of the best that I have seen.
The beauty of of my online lessons is that we are continuously adding NEW LESSONS https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif And unlike a dvd….. you can leave questions and comments on each individual lesson for me. In addition to that, I make time to meet anyone who needs one on one help in the chat room for FREE. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif My lessons are always focused on proper form. I have MANY instructors who also take the online lessons so they can teach their students what I have taught them. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I want you to all understand WHY I stepped in to replace the canceled workshops….I saw a frustrated studio owner who did what she could to work around USPDF, and I knew there would be disappointed students, so when I see a need I can fill I try my best the help!
Yes this situation up set me!! BUT I do NOT think that publicly bad mouthing USPDF, is the right way to go about showing our disappointment in the situation with the competitors. I saw a FB page was created stating that USPDF is a fake pole organization https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_pale.gif and was very sad to see such a thing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif I don’t agree with some of things the USPDF has done, and I am disappointed in the way they have handled some situations, but that doesn’t mean we need to get nasty. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_twisted.gif What you all talk about in private is up to you but lets try to be respectful of all our fellow pole peeps.

I can’t see what brand mine are….I have 2. The long red one I wore for the Feb challenge I bought at Sexworld in Minneapolis https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif The blond wig, I purchased at a wig shop also in Minneapolis. They are both synthetic. Both of them have an adjustable hook thingy (to be technical) lol and it keeps the wig on nice and tight. It looks like the straps on a bra. Also I had to trim the bangs a little bit on both of the wigs, I have a small head. I brush them gently from the bottom to the top, I love them! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Oh…to help keep the heaver and longer wig on for the Challenge you can see that I wrapped a head band around too, it looks cute and keep the wig from shifting.
