I agree, not a great tactic! We no longer work with expo as communications stopped suddenly for no reason (that we know of) a few yrs ago. Pole is struggling in the real world. Most large pole gatherings, companies and comps have dissapeared. It’s sad to see the community so unwilling to come together and support each other. A few years back we reached out to many of the now evaporated companies wanting to work together but no interest….

I’ve seen expo post it is the last year.

Both can be practiced in the same session or just one during a single session. It’s really up to you. When first learning new tricks I always have students start on static.

Here’s a video I made a while back, I realized it would fit well with the flow challenge

Your task for today is to watch other people dance! Here is a link for the dance section https://www.studioveena.com/videos/index/dances
Back when pole became mainstream we use to dance to whole songs!!! IG turn many of us into one trick ponies or combo queens….I love watching full dances to the music it was intended to have.

Oh….you mean others vids…yes click the VIDEO link then the challenge link…they will all show there.

Remember start at day one! Do each lesson I give as good as you can, you’re not meant to be able to do every lesson/task correctly every day. Its practice!

Watch the intro! The very first video I shared on IG….the first video you see in the flow program section of the lessons….then follow from there. As mentioned previously on IG, the routine is not broken down into step by step like my other lessons. You try the tasks I give you, like the routine, do the best you can then move on. We revisit these routines many times during the challenge and you’re not meant to do each task perfectly every time….its practicing 😉

It means TRY everything I suggest but you don’t have to do it until you get it. 😊

Everyone’s doing so well!!I have to say it’s nice to be able to watch things at normal speed here and full length with music!
Remember you’re not expected to do everything perfectly each day….it’s all practice!

Yeah you have the whole month to work on the routine 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Is your ceiling vaulted? I bought a PS brass (one piece) for my place and its 14 fit and a 38 mm. SKINNY, I love it though! You’re welcome to come check it out when you’re in Vegas!
Someone here had some custom work done like beams and such so they could have a shorter pole. I can’t remember who…….
I don’t know of any poles that can go that high without having to be one piece.

You can find all the SV uploaded challenge videos here! https://www.studioveena.com/videos/index/challenges

It’s 20 dollars for 30 days or 99 for a full year.

No….I love my 40 and 38 pole and even with a powder coated finish it’s just not the same…to me anyway.
You could always have the 40 powder coated by someone or order another 40 chrome and have that one powder coated. I’ve had 2 xpole pole PC by someone else and it turned out great. Just be sure to explain the type of grip you want and they can help you decide on the type of finish, not all Powder coating is the same.

Me too….my last 2 Challenge hashtags are still banned…🙄

You don’t need to be a member to see the program. Did you follow the link to the lesson? https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/579bf064-2174-4613-a11d-0016ac110005
You won’t able to see anything but the program unless you are already a paying member.

The points of contact for most climbs are actually the shin, back of the calf and between the knees. Thighs are used for pole sits 😊 Keep practicing! Climbs are not something most people get right away. I break down several climbs step by step in the lessons if you’re interested. This one is a nice strength builder.https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/54c44c66-abbc-4646-ab78-7ef80a9aa0eb

If you just signed up to the website you have 3 days of free access to all of my lessons. After that the price is super reasonable and everything is in order unlike YT or other sites. Perfect for beginners and home dancers.
