Brass Vixen has 3-4 studio in Toronto. All the instructors are amazing there. The advance classes is amazing for tricks and the dance classes are also awesome. The dance base classes are amazing there. Pole Inc is another studio in Toronto that is also amazing. Most of their members have gone to compete and placed in Canadian competition. They are great in trick base classes. You would have to take the subway and a short buses to get to pole inc. I have been to both studios. I teach pole and Pole silks in Mississauga 45 min outside of Toronto.

I have it on my video profile here on SV from years ago. My tricks weren’t refined yet. But it wss a funthemed video to do

I dovwnloaded your Affirmation as I strongly believe in positive thinking. I have read the best seller book creative visualizations and have received positive outcomes from it. The book solidifies that positive affirmation works. So thank you so much for your great Affirmation for pole dancers. I will definitely be using it.

I’m 47 years old, poling for approx 6 years and is addicted to it. I am a pole instructor and 1st instructor in Canada certified and teaches Polesilks combination of pole dance on spin with aerial fabric attached to top of pole). I did my 1st showcase last year which was the scariest thing I have ever done but loved the whole experience. I was really proud of my self for having the courage to perform as it always scared me. If you have not seen it I have that Bridal routine performance posted in my videos. I just submitted this year for the Canadian Pole fitness master competition and hope to get in. Its on my bucket list to compete so I can experience that journey.

Girls, I was also thinking of purchasing cleos rock and abs dvd. I have not seen it yeat. How would you compare the two? Which one do you like better for any of you who has done both?

I just did the whole dvd and it was awesome. Her whole body warmup is a bit short but the prep for front and middle split is great prior to stretching and training for the actual front and middle splits. She really focuses on square hips training. She said for a performance you can do a jazz splits but for actually training for your splits, we need to do square hips. She also has a tutorial on how to properly align the body in your splits. She then goes to stretching the shoulder rotators then on to warming up the back to get it ready for backbend training. I really liked her backbend warm ups. It loosened up my stiff back and I was able to go to the deepest backbend ever for me as well as a full bridge pose. You train at your current flexability but she also trains for really bendy flexability. The hour training went so fast. I already have a jazz front right splits but it is still uncomfortable to hold it longer than a 10 seconds but after my hour class with her with squared hips, I was able to go in my jazz front right splits with no discomfort and held it for 2 minutes. Hope this helps.

That would be awesome Charley. I need to stack up of these to save on shipping and duties in Canada.
