Yeah, I have like 3 playlists on youtube (strength moves, beginner spins, stretching exercises) filled with their videos. They have like …a gazillion!!!

I have a wii fit too but I never use it as a warm up. That’s such a good idea!!!!
(Note to self…move wii into pole room)
What are ripples?
As far as home excercises there is tons of stuff you can do! It would all depend on what you want to work https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Here’s what I would do, I’d do an internet search for exercises using "body weight". Once you find some moves that work on the areas you’re concerned about add about a minute of cardio inbetween each one, for example…
pushups for 30 seconds…1 minute of running in place….20 squats…….1 minute of jump rope……20 lunges…….1 minute of mountain climbers.
Mixing cardio in there boosts your heart rate and racks up the calorie count https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif

I wasn’t that sore after the first day because I’m not strong enough to do much of them yet. I can basically only do the first move she did and I couldn’t do that many before my arms were like "What the hell are you doing?" and quit on me lol. It’s more then just abs to hold you up on that there pole, LOL. As I get stronger and can do more I know I’ll feel the burn.
I do feel the burn from doing leg raises on the floor with the pole behind my shoulder though. Try that! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
This video has some more ab work on the floor. This stuff burns too LOL

I’ve always been told by my instructors to do everything on both sides.
I’m right hand dominant but my left hand is stronger and I spin better on that side? Isn’t that wierd? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I blame it on Guitar Hero. I finger the keys with my left hand and I think that made it stronger….seriously LOL. Anyway, I always have to tell myself to work on the other side or I’ll forget https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif

Here is the link to vid Roxy made for me. If this stuff doesn’t work the abs I don’t know what will, LOL. try doing it slowly. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Ok, thank you very much everybody https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif
Well, I hope my skin don’t hurt forever https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
Roxy, I’m careful, no worry, I have a little strenght because I practice aerial silks and trapeze… even so, I don’t have enough strenght, I need more as to aerial silk, trapeze and, of course, pole… but my legs have more strength than my arms, because that, It’s less difficult for me hook leg… (I’m horseback rider a lot of time)
Thank you, Sissy, but may english is very bad, everybody knows me think that… I search on the web, while I write the post, and, so that, I don’t make a lot of mistakes https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif
I understand you just fine LOL.
What language do you speak normally?

When we see patients for Hyperhydrosis (the medical term for excessive sweating) one of the many things we tell them to stay away from to help prevent the condition is actually caffiene https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif . It’s one of many triggers for sweat attacks. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

I just realized I didn’t post my video here LOL.

I have to make a disclaimer …sorry for the extra long intro but I have been having a problem editing videos so I had to go uncut. I’m working on it I promise!

Oooooo, that’s what this move is called. It’s such an impressive looking move though. Everytime I see someone do it I go "Woooooow" LOL.
I hope you get it figured out and I can’t wait to see a vid.

Controlling that pole is no easy task, I am just now learning to hold onto it while it’s on spin without feeling like I’m going to barf and I still have to take that one little extra step for balance when I get off LOL .

LOL, you said "touch".
