I’d say crossed ankle release, crossed knee release (so long as you lower yourself and don’t drop into that position works your abs eccentrically), shouldermount, and chopper if you curl up into it rather than jump up into it. Also i’d say handsprings/ cartwheel mounts are good for core stability when holding the handspring, but they’d more work your obliques (muscles to the side of your tummy – sculpting your waist) rather than pure abs. Also the chair spin, as you have to keep your knees up when spinning, toning your hip flexors, and also the teddy is a pretty hardcore abs worker!!
Hope this helps! -
thanks azzwoo https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif il keep it in mind hehe thank you https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Take a look at Roxy’s vid on abdominal exercises for Sissybuns. She’s doing a lot of the things that Azzwoo is describing and her form is very clear. In terms of pole moves, the split V spin and chair with extended legs always gets to me. But the split V spin usually requires a bracket/split grip and that calls for a lot of upper body strength, which is difficult if you’re beginning.

wow thanks Sissy https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif the move at the end looks really hard lol im gonna give it a whirl later on https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif did you stomach hurt the next day after you tried them out? xx -
I wasn’t that sore after the first day because I’m not strong enough to do much of them yet. I can basically only do the first move she did and I couldn’t do that many before my arms were like "What the hell are you doing?" and quit on me lol. It’s more then just abs to hold you up on that there pole, LOL. As I get stronger and can do more I know I’ll feel the burn.
I do feel the burn from doing leg raises on the floor with the pole behind my shoulder though. Try that! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
This video has some more ab work on the floor. This stuff burns too LOL

I basically stalk Roxy until she makes videos for me. One day I’m gonna show up at her house… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_batman.gif
