WARM UP – Length 15:00 – Items needed: Chair or Door jamb. Pole (optional)

This warm-up is perfect for when you’re ready to work on tricks that require flexibility. Tricks like Ballerina, Jade, Closed leg hangs, and such!

Tips to help you get the most out of this warm-up:

  • You’ll need a chair or door jamb; the pole is optional and only used for support. A door jamb/frame can be used for the stretches instead of a pole. A chair, wall, or countertop may be used for support to help you balance, instead of holding a pole.
  • Make sure you’ve been cleared by your health professional before starting any exercise programs.
  • This warm-up is not suitable if you’re planning on training tricks that require a lot of strength or if you have hypermobile joints.
