ROUTINE length 6:00
This routine was developed for my 30-day flow program, but it can be used on its own as well. This routine could also make a nice warm-up when run through a few times, and it is suitable for all levels.

Hi Veena! What is the name of the song and where did you purchase? I love it so much but I can't seem to find it anywhere
I love this... That is something I have been missing at the studio. I will be giving this a go!
Loving these Flow Drills. I can muscle into a lot of tricks but making them and the transitions look pretty and "flowy" is a huge struggle for me.
