Today is Butterfly and “stands” day which means you’ll warm up with the Stands routine, practice your Butterfly, then practice Pole handstands.
Pro tip: When learning new tricks that are inverted with the head down and limbs holding your body, practice chin tucking. Practicing and being aware that you should tuck the chin to the chest if you feel unstable at any time is an important aspect of aerial work.
