Today you’ll practice all three tricks as this is your last week working with these tricks. I’d love to hear how it’s going for you.

Pro tip: Now that you’re advancing, you might start to struggle to do both sides. That’s common and it’s not a big deal if you use off-pole training to keep things in balance. If pole dance is your only source of physical training, then working both sides is more important to maintain balance in the body. Training only one side often leads to injury and chronic pain due to strength imbalance. So do your best to continue to at least try every trick on your “dork” side because you never know which side will feel more secure for a trick.
