Today is an active rest day where you’ll practice pointing the foot and you’ll spend some time massaging the lower legs.
Pro tip: In beginner level two you’ll be introduced to spinning pole and you may also feel ready to start practicing in heels. Here’s a video with a few tips for learning how to walk in heels. I have an entire How to Dance in Heels program. You can give this program a try once you’ve completed my beginner level 2 program. Before you start working on spinning pole, it’s best if you’re able to confidently perform pole sits, pole holds, and climbs for spinning pole skills.
