Today I’ll teach you a little bit about stretching versus flexibility training because there is a difference between these two in my training method.
Pro tip: If you have a hard time feeling warm enough to train for flexibility and you don’t want to wear yourself out exercising or don’t have time to exercise to warm up, a super hot bath, shower, or hot tub soak will do the trick! Because we are learning more about flexibility training today, you’ll have access to the whole stretching tutorial which includes advanced poses and different stretching methods. You don’t need to do all of these, just perform the stretches presented after the tutorial. Today is more about learning than doing.
