Today is an active rest day where you’ll nourish your spine with transitions like body waves. Also, if you enjoy podcasts, now it’s time to nourish your mind too.

It is so true and worth always watching the videos again as you recommend, the reverse body wave in this case! My reverse body wave has taken a bit longer than the body wave !!
great active rest day. the reverse body wave is the most awkward for me. Always love the pole massage.
