Today we’ll play with handstand positioning again, and remember you can always choose to focus on the elbow stand instead.
Pro tip: Did you know it often takes several weeks before a person feels confident enough to actually reach the wall with their foot when learning how to handstand? It all depends on your strength, fear level, and natural ability. I’ve been working on handstands for about a decade and they do not come easily to me, but I keep training. If it’s something you really want, you can do it too!
