No Pole Program: Day 14
Duration: 00:25:06
Today is exciting because let’s be real, most of us never go upside down once we grow up. So today I’m ready to help you find that kid again!
Pro tip: Don’t forget to record your first elbow stand prep attempts and please remember this is just practice. I’m not expecting anyone to come up into elbow stand today. Learning this skill can take weeks or months of consistent practice, and practice makes progress!
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each related tutorial. Remember you only need to click on these if you’d like more help or information.
I was struggling along ok until the Elbow Stand! I can barely pick my bum off my heels, forget walking my feet forward 🙂
Did you record it so you can see how you improve? ðŸ˜
No, too humiliated at how horrible it went 😞
I forgot to add…it’s for YOU to look back on, not for everyone to see.
When do we actually use the pole? I feel like these lessons could be more like a class where you teach us the exercise and then show us the move that the exercise trains us for. I think these short lessons would be more beneficial with a continuous play button. And if there was a small routine at the end I would REALLY like to feel like I’m pole dancing or dancing at all. Thank you for considering to utilize my suggestions.
Hi love2beme, this is my no pole program for those who want to start training but don’t have access to a home pole. IF you’d like a program for beginners that utilize the pole try my 30 day take off program. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view_category/30-day-take-off
To address continuous play, I’ve love that option too but this is a custom website and that’s not an option that can easily be added. It’s just myself and my husband who build the technology and he has a full time job. I feel blessed to have what he’s already created so many years ago.
Great workout today, Veena!I can already notice that I’m getting stronger, even if it’s just incremental. 14/14!
