30 Day Shoulder Mount: Day 22

Today you’ll work towards developing more strength for the shoulder mount, starting with the shoulder mount strength routine. Then you’ll work through two sets of various exercises, tricks and spins, and finish with the stretch listed. I have swapped out the sexy pike for the shoulder stand pike.
Pro tip: You’ll be doing two sets for most of the reps today. Make sure you’re tracking your sets and reps so you know if you’re progressing or if any changes need to be made.
