Today you’ll work toward improving leg lines with the micro bend routine and then you’ll revisit the tracing and edge work choreography. If you’re learning in sections, now’s the time to add on to what you already know.
Pro tip: Remember that it’s perfectly acceptable to change choreography if something doesn’t flow or feel “right” for you. It’s honestly very challenging for myself to learn and work with other people’s choreography, as I love to do my own thing.

Booty scooch yaaay I did it instead of looking like a daddy long legs ( or my case a short legged one 🤣🤣🤣) no where near any split an I think I’ll watch all the videos for the mobility back so I know exactly what I’m doing xxxx♥️
