Today you’ll have some fun working with combos, but first you’ll start off by learning a new piece of choreography which will focus on heel tracing and edge work. If you don’t have heels, no worries—you can still work through today’s lesson. Instead, try wearing socks if your feet are sticking to the surface or to avoid carpet burn. Also, be sure to dance on the balls of the feet as if you were wearing heels.

Pro tip: Remember to record yourself as it’s seriously helpful to look at after training and later on when you’re feeling like you’ve not made any progress. Our minds are tricky and only like to recall what’s upsetting to us. We forget the good stuff! Feel free to take notes if you like.
