Today you’ll work on improving your leg lines using the micro bend routine, then it’s time to practice using proper foot action when walking and dancing using the drill listed. How has the program been going for you so far?

Pro tip: If you’re wearing heels and find that they’re sticking to the floor when you’re practicing slides while walking, it can be helpful to test using different amounts of pressure on the sliding or dragging foot. Some heels have so much grip you’ll have to use almost no pressure.
