Today you’ll be working on spins after training your shoulders. I’ve shared the first step to a full Corkscrew today, the next day you practice, it will be the full spin.

Pro tip: In case you missed this the first time I mentioned it. If you’re a hypermobile human and going through perimenopause, or if you’re just very hypermobile, you’ll want to swap out the warm up for this one and finish with the Active shoulder routine instead of warm up with it. You see during perimenopause, people with hypermobility issues often find it gets worse! Joints feel lax, they might even dislocate and often feel achy after training. If you’d like more help dealing with this please message me and I have resources for you.
