Scapula Push Ups
 
					I think you’ll find this exercise makes for a great addition to any warm-up. Remember not to bend the elbows; the motion is coming from the shoulder blades, not the arms bending. If you’re not sure if you’re doing it correctly, try filming yourself or watching in the mirror. It can be hard to “feel” if you’re doing this properly.
Suggested sets and reps: 10-15 reps, 1-3 sets, or try these anytime of day.
