Pike Compression
These are very challenging! Don’t be surprised if you can’t lift your legs off the floor very far, if at all—this is normal and will improve if you keep at it. I’ve been active all my life, and I couldn’t lift my legs when I first learned this exercise. You’ll get there!
Suggested sets and reps: 8-15 reps, 2-4 sets, 3 times per week.
