I created a quick tutorial for the Libellula—you may also know it as dragonfly! This is not a fundamental trick, which means it’s okay to skip if it’s not working for you. Yes, it hurts your elbow and the top of your forearm, so please don’t attempt this more than 10 times on each side. Also, please make sure you have good shoulder mobility.
