Today you’ll work on strengthening and improving your skills for elbow stands and you’ll also have some fun with a two spins.

Pro tip: Did you know that static isn’t “better” than spinning pole and vice versa. If you’re curious about why someone might choose one over the other, or what the difference really is give this podcast “Spinning and Static pole” a listen/watch. Can you guess what my preference is?

Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

Below is a list of direct links to each full length tutorial you worked on in today’s session. Remember you only need to click on these if you’d like more help or information.

  1. Day 20 πŸ™πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ😁
I actually surprised myself and managed the forearm stand against the wall, where I just lifted my legs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ tryed again an nope it’s like once is enough πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

I also got carousel on spin with forearm yaaay ❀️ an tuck spin on both static and spin yes xx πŸ’•

Feeling stronger πŸ’ͺ than ever xxπŸ’–

  2. I’m feeling a bit rough around the edges today, so there was no getting upside down, but my tuck spins are improving. Carousel spin is just plan fun, though I know I need to give myself a bit more of a push going into it so I can spin faster.
