Today is a full rest day. I’d love to hear how everything been going for you. Are you getting closer to a reverse elbow or handstand? If you’re struggling with the elbow stand against the pole, try the handstand—you might surprise yourself because I personally think the reverse elbow stand is more awkward.
Pro tip: If you’ve been struggling with grip, feeling like you’re slipping down or just can’t hold on. Give a listen to my podcast “Why do I keep slipping?” Enjoy this day off!
Yay! Finally able to make time for this program! It’s going well. I am getting closer to a reverse elbow handstand, was never able to do any handstand. I can only do the dismount from an invert though, which yesterday was my first one in several months!

My handstand has improved so much! On the first attempts I thought it’d take a looooong time for me to get my torso against the pole, but I’ve been able to do that a couple times! I have learned that I have to give my dog something distracting while I work on my handstands. Otherwise she just stares at me with a super confused look on her face the whole time and it makes me laugh too much to stay in the handstand
Yay!! 🥳🥳 And that’s funny about the dog ðŸ•
I appreciate rest days so much more now than I did when I began pole dancing 2 years ago 🙂

I amazed myself yesterday I accomplished reverse handstand, I had sticky leggings on but they helped alot as you saw in my video, I will work on not wearing the leggings xx elbow stand I’m getting there until I got a carpet burn on my elbow 😆😆 but once it’s gone I’ll try again xx❤️
