Rest day! If you need a refresher of the drills we used last time, just watch the videos today and take notes.
Pro tip: I thought it might be helpful for me to add the tips for nausea in written format as well. Keep in mind these require trial and error to see what works, so I suggest using the “My notes” function to help you track what you’ve tried:
- Don’t drink too much liquid before practice
- Eat carbohydrates before training
- Eat protein before training
- Consume real ginger during, before, after, or all three. Make sure it’s real ginger and not flavored.
- Cannabis after training – consuming before or during can affect your motor skills
