Today you’ll be working with me on flow and movement. This class is about an hour long and it will bring the dance aspect of pole to life because there’s more to pole dance than just tricks! The class is also a wonderful option if you want to practice but your space is too hot and sweaty, or cold and it’s preventing you from doing tricks. It’s also a nice option for times when you have low energy.
Pro tip: Remember it’s normal and ok to feel uncomfortable, frustrated and lost when you’re learning how to move your body in new ways. Give yourself time and kindness on this journey of self discovery.
