Today you’ll learn how to correctly point through the foot because amazing lines start with the whole foot, not just the toes. Then you’ll work on strengthening the muscles of the feet and toes and finish with a nice massage for the feet.

This was the first time someone had actually explained how to point your toes and the results are amazing! My toes have been trained to spread apart to pick up things so pointed toes never look good for my feet.
