Today you’ll focus on the Shoulder mount, starting with the Shoulder mount strength routine, then work on the suggested REPS listed.

Pro tip: I’ve included all of my social media tips for Shoulder mounts down below. If you don’t need any help disregard them, but you never know what “ah” moment you might stumble upon by watching them. Even though I’ve covered all of this in the program, there’s so much to focus on when learning a new skill it can be informative to watch short clips, to reveal things you’ve missed.

When following a program allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

Responses

  1. Just curious as to why are there so many rounds of should mounts on this day? I’ve been unable to get through this full class for a couple weeks now as my traps are too sore after doing the warmup + the 1st round of reps.

    1. Hi, I like to sprinkle in days that are extra challenging. Reps are always suggestions, so if it doesn’t work for you, switch it up and do however many you feel is best for your body. This is why I remind people in the descriptions to track their reps so they can do what’s best for them.
