Today you’ll work on inverting with heels on. However, if you don’t have have a solid controlled momentum invert, use the walking with heels drills today instead of invert REPS. This drill is placed at the end the videos.

Pro tip: Drilling the first half of controlled momentum inverts is a great way to build strong neural pathways which will become second nature. Even in heels it will appear that you’re floating up to the pole instead of struggling to pull your body weight. It takes practice, keep going! Practice makes progress, let go of the outcome and enjoy the process.
