Today you’ll be working on strengthening the shoulders and core which will allow you to hold your bodyweight safely and control your positions more easily. The Tick Tock leg routine is a challenge so don’t stress if you aren’t able to make it through. It’s important for you to have very challenging days along with achievable ones in order to see progress.

Pro tip: Observational learning is a very real thing so even if you’re unable to physically practice a skill, just watching someone perform it correctly will aid in forming new neural pathways for that skill!

Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

  1. Good LORD them Tic Tock legs are killer, LOL! But I have noticed small improvement! I’ll be so happy when I can keep following along and not have to stop and take small breaks in between. Then I’ll really know I’ve improved! In the shoulder conditioning routine, I can also really feel the burn!
