Today I’ve swapped out the Bum slide for the Handstand straddle leg position REPS as this video wasn’t available at the time and I feel straddle practice is more important the the Bum slide which isn’t a fundamental skill.

Pro tip: If you haven’t yet, record yourself! This will allow you to check that your correctly rotating from the hips and it provides footage you can share with me if you have questions.
